Last time I tried to get an ear infection sorted I went to the pharmacist because everyone on TV and all the posters says to do that for ear infections. Whilst standing next to a poster saying to ask them for help about ear infections the pharmacist said they didn't offer that service. When I said the many many posters in the shop were very misleading he shrugged and said "yeah, they make us out them up". Honestly a bewildering experience that really epitomises the NHS right now to be honest.

Always a quick service. Staff are very friendly and always happy to offer advice. Prescriptions are put together promptly. A very good pharmacy.

Yet again, excellent service. Very quick dispensing of all meds. I get a text when my stuff is ready. One downside. One risks a parking ticket when attending. There was one space outside the shop for use for a minute or two. This space has now been coned off. For people with walking or breathing difficulties (like me) the nearest parking place can be a hundred metres away ..... uphill! I moved from this Pharmacy in the past because of this problem. If the restriction remains, I may move on again. I hope I don't have to. The Pharmacy staff should be fitter than the customers, so it really should be them who park 'uphill'. A rethink is needed.

Since this company came here the service has improved 100 per cent. The prescriptions are processed quickly and efficiently.i no longer have to make 2 visits due to lack of stock. And also very presureabke and knowledgeable staff

Pharmacists and other staff are always helpful - prescriptions are always correct and ready within 2 working days 😊
