What an unusual place.....fascinating to walk round. Would be a great place to take the kids an let them explore. I'd advise keeping dogs on a lead though.

Fantastic rocky playground for kids and adults!;) we left the car in Pateley Bridge and walked up for 2hrs towards the rocks via Panorama View. There is a car park at the rocks £6 for 4 hrs or £9 for full day, free for NT members. The place is stunning and sooo spectacular that the camera is a MUST there! Lots to see and explore 😀 we came on Sunday and it was busy but the place is so specious that it doesn't feel overcrowded and you can keep safe distance from others. Little snack kiosk with ice cream and toilets. Highly recommended 👌

Great place to spend a few hours, loads of rocks to climb and places to admire the view. Toilets, cafe and some fairly good walkways mean people of all abilities can get around here but not all will be able to access the rocks. Plenty of picnic benches or rocks to sit and have lunch or a snack. Dogs welcome too.

As a family we love coming to Brimham Rocks. A place for exploring which is enjoyed by kids and adults alike. There is a car park which you will need to pay for (unless you are a National Trust member). There are two paths that can be taken. One off to the left goes through the rocks and isn't built for mobility scooters or wheelchairs. It is, however, excellent for climbing and exploring, and at points, offering spectacular views across the valley. The other path (good for mobility scooters and wheelchairs) goes straight up from the car park. This path does intersect with the other path in a few places along the way and also offers opportunities for exploration along the way. The reward at the other end is a shop, food/drinks shop and WC. There is also a walled area with picnic benches in. After a pit stop, you can choose to head on back or continue to explore the paths that go around the back of the shop. These paths are definitely not pram/scooter/wheelchair friendly.

I'd never even heard of Brimham Rocks but was in the area and thought we'd check it out. So glad wedid! Initially I thought the £6 car parking for four hours was a rip-off, but when you consider there's no entry fee it only works out at £3 each for a couple, and its most definitely worth that! It's a natural geographical wonder with truly impressive rock formations, loads of kids we're loving clambering over them! Also took the free half hour guided tour with a guide called Sue which was informative and interesting. In my humble opinion the only thing that would improve it would be a nice café, although the refreshment kiosk was fine as it was a lovely day when we visited.
