KFC Rotherham - Manvers Way

24 of July 2025, 21:48 Good evening, readers. This is a good restaurant — beautiful, with magnificent decor that truly surprises. The design work is remarkable. However, there was a downside in the service. I ordered 60 popcorn chicken pieces, but the woman in the photo made a mistake and gave me only 50. I approached and explained the issue. She said nothing — no “sorry” or anything — and just started recounting them. After realizing there were indeed only 50, she added the missing pieces and simply said, “Now there are 60.” No “thank you,” no “please,” no apology at all. I believe management should speak with this woman and explain how to treat customers properly. Overall, the restaurant is good. Thank you for reading — stay tuned!

Good customer service. Self service kiosks available. It is clean. Plenty of parking spaces.

Terrible. Never go back again. Ordered. Waited 10 mins and not one person served. Cancelled my order. Had to wait another 10 mins for someone to come out. Still no one served. Finally came out but then card machine for credit wouldn't work. I'm glad I cancelled. The food on the racks for service looked awful - broken and all over the place. Felt sorry for the young staff at the front having to deal with this. Very disappointed. This is the third time in a row service has been crap. Don't know what the management are doing but it is appalling

Treated myself to a much awaited KFC, unfortunately very disappointed. Became a little suspicious when it was handed to me straight away as I pulled up. As I thought it it had been under the lights too long and as dry as Ghandis flip flop. I won't be returning. I find unless you go to a really busy KFC or the cook to order you won't be happy.Signage around the kiosks needs to be clearer as I didn't have a clue which were open. Staff member was pleasant

Happy New Year to the person who prepared my order of two Zinger Stackers on New Year’s Day. I understand you might be angry because you had to sit at work on New Year’s instead of drinking 10 shots of Jack with your friends somewhere under some dive bar, but you didn’t have to put so much hot sauce on my burgers. If you don’t like your job or you’re unhappy that other people are celebrating New Year’s and you’re not, then go on benefits. I hope that the burn I felt when I started eating my food is something you’ll feel for the entire year.
