Hartswood Farm Holiday Park

The three bedroomed house was very well equipped and perfectly clean. En suite each plus a downstairs toilet. Plenty of space to be together, or go for peace and quiet in another room. Outdoor area with picnic table (though a parasol and extra seating would be useful here) overlooking the pygmy goats, free range chickens, and outdoor reared pigs. Good view of sunset from here and the conservatory. Parking area and path to swimming pool is gravelled so not easy to walk over for some people, but the ground and facilities all looked well maintained. Would love to visit here again.

We were four adults sharing the farmhouse which was enormous and very well equipped. We spent most evenings in the conservatory looking out at the stunning countryside and watching the goats and chickens - we knew all the goats by name. We made good use of the very large pool and the jacuzzi. The owners were welcoming and friendly. Ideal for a relaxing family holiday.

We have stayed here on several occasions, as usual it was a fantastic stay, the new owners are welcoming and have lots of plans for renovations, looking forward to see what they will bring. We love this place as it has its own private swimming pool and lovely surroundings. It is central to the coast or the North Yorkshire Moors.

Beautiful place to stay, location is excellent for the beaches of Scarborough, Filey, Bridlington and the lovely city of York in the opposite direction. Or have a nice relaxed day at the farm seeing the animals and having a swim in the pool. The owners are lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The eggs were a lovely surprise. We'll definitely be back.

Such a lovely house. Beautiful surroundings. You feel completely ruralised but are actually very conveniently situated for shopping and activities. The owners are lovely and very accommodating. There's goats, horses, chickens and pigs nearby, so great for kids. The swimming pool is lovely!
