Couldn’t give 5 Star anything less than 5 Stars…. Over the years I have trained with them I have never regretted a session and always feel better. They have got me successfully through numerous races and achieving personal goals with a fresh, fun and professional approach….. and always seeing through my delaying tactics! Couldn’t recommend them more!
Highly recommend Neil Smitherman for physio now at five star fitness. Having been in pain for years, having surgery, yet still having pain issues I have attended many professionals in the hope of some relief. After a visit to Neil I walked out pain free, he was thorough and professional gave me exercises to do at home. Next day tookdogs for a walk and wow no pain I'd forgotten that feeling
I use this place for physio and if it's hands on physio you need then this is the place to go. I have had physio at a number of different places over my 30 ish years of manual labour and this one just about tops the lot at a very reasonable cost. Keep up the good work!!
The training and support at 5 Star was second to none. Really supportive trainers and they know how to get the best out of you. Even if, like me, you constantly winge and moan. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Was recommended to try 5 star fitness to help with a health problem I was having. Best thing I ve ever done. They helped with diet, nutrition and training around an injury I have. Lost 12kg in the 7weeks since the first visit.
