The man running the shop is always very helpful. I've gone to get keys cut, watch repairs, and shoe repairs. I've always either had great service or helpful advice when they couldn't do what I needed.

I just cut the key in the shop and they charged me £12 for normal house key. Later I found out that my wife cut the same key 2 weeks ago in Timpson only in £7. He surely ripped me off.

Got a new key cut from here. Great selection of designs to choose from - I went for a pink one - cost £12 for one or £18 for two. Service was very fast, I was in and out in under two minutes

Paul at Weatherby shop was incredibly helpful when our car key snapped 200 miles from home. Whilst the shop did not stock the sort of key required for a placement he was extremely polite and gave us a lot of good advice to help us when we were stuck, and provided a temporary fix so we could get home to get our spare whilst ordering in the correct item to a local store.
