The bike was very well packaged, and almost assembled, which made it easy for me to quickly start using it. I had a question for them, and I received a quick answer, which proves that you have good communication with the company. Absolutely brilliant shop! I went in to order a Trek Marlin 7 and Alan was super helpful with placing the order and adding the right accessories to it. The shop kept me up to date with the process and the bike was ready to collect in 2 working days! On collection I’ve been assisted by Richard, who went through all the details and presented a spot on handover with showing all the features and giving me really good tips how to maintain the bike. He was really going over the top to make sure I’m confident with everything. It’s good to see a small business around who are passionate about what they doing and appreciating customers! Once again big shout out for Alan and Richard, I know where to go for my next bike!

Bought a Cube 177 on Saturday, only went to look . Fantastic service ( think he was called Dan) very knowledgeable , explained all about the bike . Set everything up on the bike . I was going to buy online , but having a local bike shop you can go back to is a piece of mind. Definitely recommend All Terrain Cycles.
