Howdens - Whitby

Very impressed, thus far (not received the units yet) with this company. We actually planned to use IKEA kitchen units but were persuaded to consult Kate at Howdens first for a quote. Kate was wonderful. It is sale time at Howdens and Kate, with immense patience, designed a kitchen equal to the IKEA design for the same price, style and quality! All units fully constructed, no need for the hassle with flat packs! Kate is obviously very professional, knowledgeable and incredibly committed to meeting the needs of her customers. I will update when the kitchen is installed but thus far we are very impressed indeed! A huge thank you Kate.

We are new to the area my wife and i visited two other kitchen companies in Malton, one Howdens the other MKM after leaving ideas and plans with the team members we received very little contact the communication and follow up no response from either. However Kate at Whitby Howdens was on another level, Her communication planning and ideas were above and beyond our expectations, What a credit to your company, Kate then came over to our home and worked out final details with the joiner, her knowledge proved very essential at this final stage before fitting and made everthing very easy to deal with. Thank you Kate and Howdens of Whitby we are so impressed with the level of service.

Fantastic, friendly support and advice from Kasia throughout buying of our new kitchen. She did an outstanding job measuring up and designing the kitchen, including downstairs flooring and wall panels in the hall and landing. Now it's all installed it looks like a new house. The service I received from Xylia in designing and planning my awkward little kitchen has been faultless. Thorough knowledge of products, endless patience with my numerous changes, responsive to my e mails and altogether really efficient. She worked hard on my behalf to get a final plan that suited my requirements, even changing things at the last minute. I hope the finished kitchen meets the same high standards as she displayed. We needed to buy a door and fittings for a customer a few days ago from Howdens in Whitby. We were extremely impressed with the young lady who served us, she took us through the registering process, showed us all of the stock that was available and was extremely knowledgeable about the products and services they offer. Her customer service skills were second to none, and she made what could have been a rather monotonous experience into an actually enjoyable one. Big pat on the back for this company and their professionally trained staff. Highly recommended and we will use this company for all future transactions that we need to make. Other companies should follow suit!
