Absolutely loved our stay. Rooms are big. Beds are very comfy. Owners were quick to answer questions and also very helpful Would stay there again. Brilliant location too.

I booked a sea view apartment on Royal crescent, as I was travelling to the property I got a phone call from the agent saying I had been transferred to another apartment because the hot water/plumbing was not working so they had to call out a plumber! Got to the alternative apartment which was on a side street, looking over a cafe and other buildings! I wasn’t given the choice to refuse the alternative and get a refund. I don’t know if the plumbing issues in the other apartment got sorted as I have had NO communication from the agent after I complained about this! I DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR!! Wish I had read the reviews before cos I certainly would NOT have booked with these people. DISGUSTED!!

The location is incredibly central a few minutes walk from the main area, station, pier, boats are all within walking distance. The accommodation was clean, spacious with gorgeous views. There is no lift and a lot of stairs if you’re staying at the top and the shower was a bit hard to change temperatures but apart from that everything was good and it was a comfortable stay.

Private parking which was the reason for booking this accommodation, was not available! Ate out first night but bought food in to cook the second night. What a mistake, food had to be thrown away as the oven filled with smoke and thought we were going to set the smoke alarm off. The oven was filthy with oil and had obviously not been cleaned for some time! Food thrown out and another expense of eating out. Any response from the company......No! The only good thing was the location.

Stayed here for a weekend break. Good location with a car park close by. You have to pay out of winter times but prices aren't too bad. The accomodation was really nice, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a small kitchen and a decent lounge. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again. Good price also.
