Hi I ordered 4 little Parsnip xmas decorations for my family l buy them an ornament every Xmas for their trees and one for myself of course They are cute They arrived well wrapped up by courier and quickly Very Happy with them and nxt time lm in Whitby l will pop in Regards Denise

Bought item from store online/ it’s broken on arrival, took weeks to get reply to email for assistance. Was finally sent a voucher for the website, it doesn’t work and they ignore message. I’m still owed money for broken goods. Very poor, recommend avoiding this retailer at all costs.

I do not recommend buying anything online! I placed an order on 8th January 2025 and 22 days later I still have not received my items. No one will answer the phone or reply to my text messages or emails.
