Really fast safe delivery with RL Decor. I first purchased a small Highland Cow with Thistle as a gift for my sister . I loved it so much I then went on to purchase 2 more , for my daughter and daughter in law. I now want one for myself. Cannot take any photos as they are all parcelled up again to go in the post to various parts of the country.

One item of my order had incorrect measurements on the web page, claiming the statue to be twice the size of what materialised. It actually measures 14.5 cm not 30 cm as shown in the attached website photo. I have left so many messages on the message site at the bottom of their home page & received an auto message saying they would contact me, I have emailed & rung many, many times & there is no written response & the 'phone is never answered & there is no answerphone. Meanwhile, I have a tiny ornament that cost £8.99 & is no use to me because of the size & I cannot contact anyone about returning it. I am sad to leave this poor rating for a British company but in fairness to all other potential online purchasers, I feel I have to warn them that they should be very wary of ordering from RL Home Decor online. Ordering online requires trust on both sides & they have broken this trust completely. The final straw is that today, after 2 weeks of totally ignoring me, they have sent an auto request for some good feedback. You couldn't make it up.

Must have walked past this premises dozens of times over the last few years on various visits to Whitby and never stepped inside. Following a fb link/ad I purchased a cast iron sign for the garden, it is well cast with a comforting heavy feel that smacks of quality. A reasonable price and super quick delivery. Will certainly be calling in on my next trip.
