Rear enclosed terraced garden with furniture, plus front balcony with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops 5 mins walk, pub 1 min walk. Beach 10 mins walk. Note: Due to the balcony and due to the terraced garden being steep, with steps up to the sitting area, children must be supervised at all times. Note: This property is not suitable for people with limited mobility due to the number of steps. Note: Property is situated above a ground floor apartment. Note: the property is unable to accept arrivals on Sundays
