Very kind and friendly lady who couldn't do enough for us. The guest house was spotlessly clean and the choice of breakfast menu was excellent. The position of where the house was couldn't have been better. We had a great few nights stay and will be recommending it to friends and relatives.

We stayed here for the first time, Helen and Paul were very welcoming and made our stay very enjoyable, with a very nice breakfast to start the day. Helen and Paul are very knowledgeable of the area and gave great ideas and tips for us visiting Whitby. The room and ensuite was very clean and the property is very clean and tidy as a whole. We would definitely book again on our next trip to Whitby. Parking was very good as we managed to park just outside the property for £2 per day leaving a nice short walk to the bay and to the local shops.

Absolutely wonderful stay at the Boulmer Guest House. Felt incredibly welcome throughout our visit at this immaculate and comfortable guest house. My partner and son’s dietary needs were catered for so we were all able to enjoy a wonderful breakfast each morning. Location was hard to beat, a 2 minute stroll to a great park, playground and Whitby Museum and a 5-10 minute walk down to the harbour front and main centre of whitby. Absolutely reccomend a stay and we will be back next time we are in town!

Stayed at the Boulmer Guest House april 2025 for two nights. The hosts Helen and Paul were very welcoming on arrival. The room was very clean and cosy with comfortable bed. and tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast was excellent. Paul was very informative recommending places to eat etc. Also they were lovely to our little dog molly. All in all we would highly recommend the Boulmer Guest House. Thank you Paul and Helen .
