Lovely place, very clean and homly rooms. Owner is great and has no problem in helping. Short distance from main whitby so it is a quiet stay

What a wonderful weekend. Met at the door on the Friday, help with the bags. I am disabled and use a stick but nothing was too much trouble. Whilst the hill to and fro town was steep (not the fault of the venue) it was 15 mins into the centre. I am 6'2 and was on top floor and thenhazard stars were relevant due to my height but lovely room, well ventilated, tons of space, clean and airy. Due to my health issues, I bought cooling blanket and pillow and CPAP machine. Loads of plugs and space. Clean, tidy, dust free in the main bedroom areas, but I didn't go into the recesses as I wanted to relax. Shower great, toiletries were present, tea and coffee and more downstairs. Parking was brill and I will be back again. Have already recommended to two sets of friends. Bargain price, luxury location. Beware Whitvy does lack phone signal but that is not the venues fault. Recommend the Hart Inn Sandsend for the seafood platter. New York Panino at the Rusty Shears. The 20 min boat tour is informative and the 2 hour 6pm is lovely (but wrap up) In my best Arnie (I'll be back)

Wendy is an absolutely wonderful host. We arrived in Whitby 4 hours before check in but she let us check in earlier as she had the room almost ready. We were in the attic room, perfect size for us with a cosy bed. The WiFi wasn’t always working but to be honest, we were not there to surf the net. We were there to relax & enjoy Whitby. Room was clean and comfortable and we will definitely be back. Thank you Wendy for being so lovely and accommodating.

Rooms clean, bed fine, tea & coffee in room. Short walk onto seafront. Road noise is evident but not too bad. Good value for money overall. Weatherspoons on seafront does cheap breakfast from 7am so lack of breakfast not an issue

A fine, traditional B&B. Nice clean rooms, and comfortable bed. Parking available too, at the back or on street. Maybe a 10 minute walk from the town centre, no problem. One of the best value B&Bs in Whitby, I was very content with my stay.
