The Waverley Guest House

Made to feel very welcome. Lovely room with a view of the Abbey. Breakfast was beautiful. Cant wait for tomorrow morning so we can have it again . We will certainly be coming back ,and would recommend the Waverley Guest House to are friends and family.

We had a long weekend here in August. Our room was really good. Spotlessly clean with plenty of room and lots of storage. The breakfasts were wonderful. Dave and Tania, our hosts, were exceptionally helpful. They are genuinely nice people and it was a pleasure to stay at their hotel. I'd gladly return and can recommend this place wholeheartedly.

Lovely hosts, very knowledgeable & helpful. Beautiful room, spotlessly clean throughout. Top quality bedding & towels and tasty breakfast with lots of choice. Real birthday treat & within walking distance of Whitby Town centre. Highly recommend 👌

Lovely owners, very welcoming and happy to chat. Perfect location, comfortable room everything we needed for our 2 night stay. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on this but certainly smelt wonderful! Would definitely stay again thank you for a lovely stay 😁

Had 4 nights at the waverly B&B the breakfast was wonderful plenty of choice and good quality. We stopped in the small double at the very top of the house which was plenty big enough for two , the little window seat was nice to sit and watch the world go by. The bathroom was very compact but very clean as was the whole room the only niggle was the shower was more like rain water but that could have been the water pressure with being at the top of the house. We would stop again and recommend to family and friends. We really enjoyed our stay .
