Attendant was rude in the way he interacted with us and our children. Totally unprofessional. I heard him swear when my 10 year old's go kart ran out of petrol, blaming him saying he had got stuck. Had to pay £20 for 10 minutes for my two to go round the tiny track, with one of the Karts being very slow...which the attendant blamed on a previous customer saying a child had wrecked the car. Paid the money into his personal bank account via bank transfer because they don't take cards. He said it was his personal account because if he used the business account he would never see any of the money. Couldn't get away quick enough.
Took my grandson yesterday 6th August 25 The person in charge was appalling the way he spoke to a 6 yr old child was disgraceful to the extent I just had to walk away Absolutely no way should he be allowed to work with both Children or Customers Happy to take your money but not willing to demonstrate
Son noticed them on a school trip so went from hartlepool specifically to try. Brilliant !son loved every minute owner was really good with kidd went above and beyond to make sure kids enjoyed every minute whilst staying safe. Highly recommended we will be back
Came today for my birthday, new owner at the track is absolutely fantastic and down to earth carts are fast and priced fair, brilliant time for the family
Owner has a massive attitude problem. Shouts at young kids. Avoid.
