I was directed to this post office because it said it did driving licence renewal. I even checked online and used the post offices own telephone service. I even walked down to the shop on a Sunday to check. It simply does not do this service.

Absolutely shocking customer service! I went in to return my parcels, by accident I gave the guy my wrong parcel, when I quickly realised he printed the label out for the wrong parcel. He started screaming and shouting as well as swearing in front of other customers. this got me really angry and I left the shop! absolutely shocking customer service. Avoid this shop/postoffice at all costs!!!

I came in 2023.02.19 17:40 Asked if I could send a letter in there the guy said yes, then I explained that I am sending application for provisional license and have to pay 43£ and get a stamp, the guy said I can't pay here and get receipt, he seemed like he don't really understand english and don't know what he is doing, at any other post office you can do it, so I just left. Please hire staff who at least understand english and know what they doing.

As a post office, I know they are still learning. I have always known this as my local shop and for that they are very friendly and helpful with plenty of choice considering the size of the premises.

Genuinely the worst customer service ever! Not to mention how tiny it is inside. The guy had zero customer service skills whatsoever and only spoke to huff and puff that his machine wasn't working properly. I only rate one star as it was in a convenient location to my home and good opening hours but honestly don't bother going here unless you really have to. Awful place.
