Steve is a great, reasonably priced plumber. He has regularly serviced our boiler and hot water heater and come out at short notice to make repairs. Would highly recommend.

Flabbergasted, if I could give a minus score I would. My partner and I never review badly as it’s people’s livelihoods - we simply just don’t review. But this is different, lack of empathy, understanding and communication results in me having to do this Steve. One week and 3 days without hot water or heating. Our fault as to how that happened but ever since you came to look, you’ve ordered the wrong part, been unresponsive, difficult to communicate when you have responded (couldn’t get a straight answer) we have had Steve do work for us before, the work is good it’s everything else around it that’s a mess. It’s not the first time we’ve felt like this with you Steve, but we thought one last chance as the work is good. But your lack of care that kids couldn’t wash or be in the warm in the past few freezing days is beyond me. It’s a good job your career is on the slide to retirement… and that’s probably why you didn’t care like you should have. We now have to wait another 3/4 days to get the part and someone else to do it, that’s over 2 weeks without heating or hot water. Genuinely so disappointed I’ve had to write this. Genuinely.

Very pleased with efficient prompt service responding to our boiler problem then returning to fit a new boiler. We have used Steve previously and he continues to provide a high class of service. Good value compared to other heating engineers/larger organisations. Happy to support a local tradesperson. We would recommend Steve without hesitation. Thank you.

Came straight away to a leaking toilet, very reasonable , a slight hitch after he had gone but he came & put it right very quickly. If you are looking for a reliable reasonably priced plumber look no further

Not had him for boiler replacement but has done lots of small jobs eg radiators,taps etc cannot fault his commitment
