I have ordered 2 sofa set. cheaper then the market value very good quality delivery on time and look amazing. In the start I was worried that it's online oder may be they do cheap job but when when it arrives I was so happy 😊

February 2024 I unfortunately decided to get in touch with this company through social media. I received a quote instantly and went in to discuss what I wanted. After having discussed everything and having sent him images of exactly what I wanted he took deposit of me (kept asking for deposit when I did not get back to him straight away) I paid the deposit and told him to keep sending me pictures of the progress so I would know what was happening. The whole process from end to finish took about 3 weeks. In this time he did not get back to me and did not send any video’s/pictures even though I kept asking him for it. Once the sofa was made he sent me a video the day before and I could straight away tell that the cushions (we wanted fluffy ones he made hard/flat ones with piping which we specifically said we did not want) and colour were not what we wanted. I told him to fix everything and he said to get it delivered and it would look different in my living room and he would sort out any problems I would have with it afterwards. I am not sure why I agreed probably because I believed that he would keep his word and sort out my issues. Delivery happened and I said I would be paying half of the amount owed until he would sort out my issues he insisted that I would pay the amount minus £200 and could pay the £200 once he had sorted the issues. This was a big mistake on my side I felt pressured into paying it. his delivery driver was there hovering as well and it was intimidating so I paid the money. On his website he advertised the same sofa for £200 less than he quoted us. When we went to see him and asked for a discount he said not possible at all and made up excuses but he has not chased the remaining balance of £200 so that means he is even lying about his prices and just makes it up on the spot. Once he had the money he did not care at all. He started making up excuse after excuse and lied that the new cushions I wanted were ready but he never sent any proof and never asked when he could deliver them. Eventually going back and forth me asking for a refund and him saying that the cushions were ready (again no proof this was all a lie) contact stopped for about a week. Then I noticed that 1 cushion started ripping at the seams and the zip started coming off. Then another cushion had the same thing happen to it. The cushions started sagging overall the quality is not good at all. It has a lot more faults with it. I sent all this to him with pictures but he lied again and said new cushions are ready (no proof of this) he is now ignoring me has not sorted out the issues (which are getting worse because of the rips) and is not giving me a refund. This is the way this company does business and sells poorly made faulty products. All sweet and nice until payment has been made then they could not care less.

Had my sofa for a few weeks and a button popped off my foot stool. Have asked for weeks for the contact to send some up and i can fix myself. Been a whole month maybe more now and no buttons. I have had to order off ebay to fix myself. I wont buy anything from this company again!

Have not bothered to sort any issues after delivery. Just keep making fake promises. Cushions are ripping from seams and have been told that new cushions are ready this was nearly 2 months ago. Once they received payment they could not care less
