I have been going to beauty bug since it opened and I have a variety of treatments. Nails,eyebrows,eyelashes,ultimate facial,massage and sunbed treatment. I'm absolutely love my visits here. All of the girls make me feel so welcome every time and I have a fantastic rapport with all of them. They make me feel so welcome and involved. They are all so professional and honest when I have any questions. I would recommend Beauty Bug to anyone who are looking g for a warm,friendly,welcoming and inclusive environment to have your beauty treatments. Great value for money Thank you girls x x x

Went here to have a bikini wax for my up coming holiday. The lady who did it was so unprofessional. Left me extremely sore and bruised. Yes I know you can bruise after a wax as this wasn’t my first time but when I have used other salons I’ve never experienced this. The wax was patchy and not symmetrical. I was also left covered in wax. I did return to the salon after speaking to the owner. She cleaned all the left over wax off me, apologised and gave me a full refund. Basically said that it was human error. Fair enough mistakes happen but the therapist should have been honest. I will never return to this place again, I have never had such an awful experience having a bikini wax.

My first time at beauty bug today had my nails done by Charlotte she immediately made me feel welcome and relaxed …all the staff did actually! Really great service love my nails for the Christmas holidays thanks lady’s☺️defo be back for more treatments!

Great friendly atmosphere very professional staff. Go every month for a Facial, Pedicure and Acrylic nails. Highly recommend…
