I bought a dyson vacuum brush, but rang 1st & was told to bring the existing broken brush, I described to the woman what type I wanted, because the different cordless brush heads although they look the same, are different which I constantly stressed to the woman, got me 1 saying it was the same according to her listed part number, I did comment it didn't look the same, she just commented the new part was clean & un used. I paid the £63 & went to my car, I suspected she'd sold me the wrong part, & when I checked she had, mine was the allergy cordless brush, she "knowingly" sold me the wrong 1, as when I said I wanted a refund she gave it me without question. She knew perfectly well it was the wrong part, additionally she was confrontational, abrupt & not pleasant at all. Although I had a bad experience, my review is mainly based on her & her customer service, & not on the business, or stock on sale, I went there on recommendation she was the the & is not an asset to it.

Never been there and not got what I wanted,highly recommended.

My granddaughter enjoyed it while my wife did some more shopping
