KFC Sheffield - Chesterfield Road

I visited recently and was really impressed. The chicken was juicy, well‑seasoned, and crisp, and everything felt fresh—not greasy or overcooked. The shop was clean, the ordering efficient, and the wait time reasonable even though it was busy. I’ll definitely be coming back—and recommending it to friends. Very friendly staff as well.

Poor cutomer service. Needs new management asap. Asked for 3 pc chicken. It was late in the day and yet the manager still got stingy about the chicken breast - as if we're asking for a favor and not paying cutomers, spending hard earned money on an overpriced meal. The lady at the cashier tried to accommodate us the best she could but that guy with the foul attitude ruined it. Shout out to the lady, wish we got her name to thank her.

Service was absolutely shocking. Only got 2 stars because the food was nice otherwise would have been a one. Walked in and tried to place an order on the screens which wouldn't take my payment, the ticket told me to go to the counter to pay, a good 5 minutes later after basically waving at the staff they finally acknowledge me. This was an absolute chore to walk to the till to serve me. My payment then didn't work at the till which was only realised another 5 minutes later. The staff do not care at all, there's no customer service or nonsense whatsoever. Good job the food was actually nice.

Went in while a rush was on, recieved my food in good time for how busy they were, got an upgraded chips for the 'extra wait', I was happy either way but well played.

Been in this kfc with my family, food was hot and great customer service from staff who helped me find the best option.
