Great tasting gingerbread lattes, very hospital, smiling and helpful staff despite the very busy environment. Tables were cleared and cleaned on request, but evidently were only done when asked. Good value when using Tastecard, otherwise may have decided on a competitor.

Came in this afternoon while running Christmas errands. I was impressed with the speed and quality of service (bless those baristas, they were really on it considering it had probably been a rush all day) and general cleanliness. Nice chat with staff member Jamie too. The team seem really strong!! My drink was lovely (I went for the vanilla matcha latte). For £4.89 though, the brie and cranberry sandwich is pretty plain. I was hoping for more brie to strengthen the flavour, it kind of tasted like a hot jam sandwich.

Actually shocked by how positive these reviews are. After waiting for ages in the poorly designed and overcrowded hand-off area we took a seat to enjoy our lunch. As a barista myself I can confidently say that while the syrups Black Sheep use taste great, they are being misused entirely. All flavour sinks to the bottom of the drink, and has clearly not been introduced to the shot, to dissolve properly and evenly. The food was most disappointing overall, the "smoked salmon" bagel was full of sodden salmon chips that hadn't been smoked, and the antipasto sandwich had an overall sludgy texture. Especially for this price point, I found Black Sheep to be thoroughly disappointing.

Had a hot chocolate to sit in and the seating area downstairs was really dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time with lots of flies buzzing around. For the price it wasn't worth it. Properly gross and a fly went in my drink

Ye olde faithful! My friend and I meet up here regularly because of the nice staff and the student discount. Rebecca was really nice and got me an extra straw really quick when I asked. I really like the matcha they do here and it’s my go to place. Tried the apple crumble and would really recommend.
