We enjoyed a sit in breakfast in the little nook upstairs here. Lovely coffee, great views. The fresh sourdough with scrambled eggs were super good, large portions too! Avocado smash was also nice. Definitely recommend this cafe.
My buddy and I stumbled half-drenched into this hidden gem when it was pouring buckets of rain outside. We were immediately accommodated and were offered paper towels just after placing an order for two cappuccinos that arrived hot and yes, their coffee is indeed good. Very keyed on staff of 4-5 ladies elevating standards with ease like it's second nature to them. Left very pleased and with a mental note to visit again when in town.
A great breakfast and coffee. Wonderful staff make you very welcome and feel like home. Coffee’s are very much Australian style and were delicious. Would definitely return.
My favourite coffee shop in York! A really good coffee and the perfect nosy spot in the window upstairs, what more could you want 🙂 the staff are also so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
Visited York for the day and in the excitement, my diabetic mum unfortunately let her blood sugars drop too low so we just had to take a gamble and visit the first place we saw. The ladies that greeted us were very accommodating. Sorted a table straight away and recognised that my mum needed help and grabbed her an apple juice right away which helped loads which we were very grateful for. The food was amazing, one of the best toasties I’ve had in a long time and the iced coffee was also very nice. Thank you again for helping us out.
