Since July 2004 the Fox & Rabbit Inn has been owned by brothers Charles and Toby Wood who are enthusiastically involved in the day to day running of the pub as your host and chef. Charles and Toby give their guests a warm reception by providing great service and high quality food and drink in comfortable surroundings. Patrons are welcome to enjoy anything from a pint of ale to a three-course meal while they appreciate the panoramic views across the North York Moors.

Experienced chefs Dave and James have created a varied menu featuring fresh, simple ingredients, cooked to bring out their best qualities. When possible, vegetables, meat and fish are sourced locally.

9 Bed & Breakfast rooms available including two garden rooms. Situated just three miles from the Fox & Rabbit our sister Inn, The Horseshoe Inn, is set in the peace and tranquility of Levisham village. Located within the North York Moors National Park it is an idyllic base for a relaxing country break.

Surrounded by breathtaking scenery, we offer comfortable double or single room B&B accommodation. Attractions such as the moors, Dalby Forest and the North Yorkshire Moors Railway are on the doorstep.
