<p><strong>Paraplanner up to £45,000 | Hybrid | York</strong></p> <p><br /></p> <p>Are you a detail-oriented Paraplanner looking to join a forward-thinking and supportive financial planning business?</p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a firm that truly values quality advice, collaboration, and career development.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>As a <strong>Paraplanner</strong>, you’ll work closely with advisers to deliver high-quality, compliant financial advice and play a key part in helping clients achieve their financial goals.</p> <p>You’ll be responsible for conducting in-depth product research, preparing financial plans, and producing clear, accurate suitability reports, all while contributing to a positive, professional team environment.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct detailed research on financial products, including pensions, investments, insurance, and tax strategies.</li><li>Analyse client portfolios and identify opportunities for improvement or growth.</li><li>Prepare tailored financial plans and recommendations in line with client objectives.</li><li>Draft high-quality suitability reports and investment proposals.</li><li>Ensure all work meets <strong>FCA compliance</strong> standards.</li><li>Attend client meetings when required to assist with fact-finding and risk profiling.</li><li>Provide clients with regular updates and reviews of their portfolios.</li></ul> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4)</strong> or working towards completion.</li><li>Previous experience in a <strong>Paraplanning</strong> or <strong>Financial Planning Support</strong> role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of financial products and services.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.</li><li>Confident working both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Proficient in financial planning software and Microsoft Office.</li></ul> <p><strong>What’s on Offer</strong></p> <ul> <li>Full study support towards further qualifications.</li><li>A supportive, collaborative working culture.</li><li>Flexible and hybrid working arrangements.</li><li>Excellent benefits package, including pension and holidays.</li></ul>
