IT Training and Support Analyst
<strong>IT Training and Support Analyst – York / Hybrid </strong><br /><strong>Competitive salary + Excellent Benefits</strong><br /><strong><br /></strong>This multi-site professional services firm are looking for an experienced IT Training and Support Analyst to join their team. This is a brand-new role, which would suit someone who enjoys working with people and supporting positive change. On-top of delivering engaging training sessions, you’ll support the rollout of new technology and processes, acting as the SME for business process support.<br /><br />As an IT Training Analyst, you will also provide occasional second-line support where queries relate to how systems or processes should be used. You will also support onboarding of new joiners with introductory training on core systems and firmwide processes.<br /><br />This role will be primarily on-site for the probationary period, with the opportunity for hybrid working once you are settled.<br /><br /><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong><br /><ul> <li>As part of a team, help deliver the IT Training Strategy.</li><li>Design and deliver training material in various different formats</li><li>Monitor and assess staff knowledge absorption and the effectiveness of training</li><li>Design and deliver training feedback evaluations for all training formats</li><li>Provide effective post implementation user support for system change projects,</li><li>Administer training courses,</li></ul> <strong><br />Core skills & experience for this role:</strong><br /><ul> <li>Ideally experience in a similar IT Training and Support role</li><li>Experience working within the Legal sector would be beneficial</li><li>Experience of providing IT Support</li><li>Experience providing training on complex systems.</li><li>Passion for learning and development</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of multiple software applications</li><li>Understanding of key training tools and technology to design and deliver training</li><li>Relevant training certifications would be desirable</li><li>Full drivers licence and own car is required</li></ul> <strong><br />Package:</strong><br /><ul> <li>Flexible and hybrid working</li><li>A clear progression framework with individual career and development plans</li><li>A range of benefits including pension, life cover, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, health cash plan, staff discounts, competitive holidays (+ birthday day off) and a cycle to work scheme</li></ul> <br />The company have an excellent reputation within their sector, and have experienced consecutive years of growth.
