Shocking service on the 27th Dec. Not a single person behind the counter yet staff pottering about. One deposit machine out of order which could not be fixed and the queue behind was growing and growing and still no staff helping out on desks. Customer service is key Lloyds, start offering it!
I have Parkinsons and my shaking gives me problems with all the questions asked however my 12 mothb saving the rate was reduced with only one comms and they did not make the private bank manager know it was notices by us either so we lost 2 moths of interest The situations wit. Us I am in rest bite and my daughter has onl esterday had a cancer operation I am amazed thistle all the private manager could say was I will raise a complaint and you will get the results in 4 weeks or go to the financial report which the will answer in 8 weeks WHAT SERVICE DO YOU CALL THIS DIABOLICAL WITH NO STAR
I waited 20 mins for a cashier. Some people actually left the queue in disgust 1 was in a wheelchair
Business accounts manager is useless. No thought or effort to get things sorted with the customer. No communication with customer at all. Banked with them for over 15 years. Won’t recommend them.
My husband and I visited Lloyds bank pavement York this morning. We had the most charming young man who sorted everything out for us and we can’t thank him enough. Thank you, Ian.
