Post office is never open - I have been several times. It’s never open in line with the advertised open times. 7:00am it’s meant to open yet when I go in at 8:00am it’s still closed? Go in on a weekend, during my lunch break mid week and after work 5:00pm onwards midweek & every day they seem to pick and choose what hours they do. When I ask staff for their actual open times to try make sure I don’t keep wasting my time, I get one work answers. Inconvenient. Staff are rude and unhelpful with this. If I could give zero stars I would - the amount of time I’ve wasted back and forth trying to return parcels 🫠
The post office is never open. if you have a dpd delivery you can pick it up only on Monday-Friday, that's no information ab it on the website or elsewhere. Tried to pick it up on Friday at 3, the shop was closed. The worst delivery experience in my life.
I am disappointed for the post office service, not only the price is different with Royal Mail website listing but also the staff is not friendly at all, cost more than should be.
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from a staff member named Imran at the recently. His attitude was rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. I approached with a simple inquiry, and instead of providing support, he was dismissive and seemed irritated by having to do his job. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a public service role where courtesy and patience should be a priority. I expect better from the Post Office and urge management to look into staff training and customer service standards. I won’t be returning to this branch if this is how customers are treated.
Be aware, while the shop is open at advertised time, post office desk not open until 9am. Otherwise, fine.
