Ben and his team re-fit an ensuite shower room for us. Ben listened to what we wanted as the bathroom needed to be accessable for an aging parent whilst being smart and modern. Ben and his team were professional, tidy and friendly throughout. They did an excellent job and mum is thrilled with her new shower room.

Our boiler needed replaced and after unsuccessfully trying to get a gas engineer out, we were recommended Ben by friends locally. Despite being busy, Ben came out to provide a quote near enough straight away, then he managed to source a like for like replacement. The new boiler was fitted within a week. Highly recommend

From beginning to end Ben and his team were brilliant. We decided to knock a small ensuite into the main house bathroom and Ben really helped us with the layout and suggested moving the washing machine upstairs too to free up room in the downstairs loo, which has worked really well. Our project started on time and during the job the team showed fantastic care and attention to detail. The bath we wanted was delayed by the manufacturer (not Ben's fault!) so we had to pause half way through, but once the bath atrived, Ben was able to fit us back into his busy business with minimal delay. Budget-wise Ben's inital estimate was pretty much spot on too, although we did succumb to temptation with a few fancy upgrades while visiting showrooms! Of the three bathrooms we've done over the years, this was by far the least stressful and the best finish. All in all, it was totally worth it and we're absolutely delighted with the result - a lovely bathroom is a treat every morning!
