So very pleased with every aspect of the service we received from Gavin. We had a completely new boiler system installed recently and his advice and guidance on choosing the correct system for our needs was excellent. We have had various trades in our home over the last few years and we were very impressed with the response time, product recommendation, helpfulness in explaining technical aspects of a new boiler, not to mention his tidiness and cleanliness whilst working in our home. He respected social distancing, was very polite and talked us through what would happen each day and what he planned to achieve the following day. I would 100% recommend GDC without a doubt. He's very easy to approach with queries and is also a dog lover which makes things so much more stress free with an animal in the house whilst work is being carried out. We recently moved into a new property which had a few heating issues to say the least. Got nowhere with the installation plumber so Gavin from GDC Plumbing got involved. He was professional and courteous from start to finish. He was basically looking for a "needle in a haystack" but stuck with it and systematically identified the issues over numerous visits, each time keeping us informed and in the knowledge that we were getting somewhere. Gavin is very knowledgeable, and his fault finding was thorough to say the least. He even went out and bought a device to plug in to his phone to give him a thermal imaging camera, to assist in resolving the crossed pipework. Gavin Chilton at GDC Plumbing & Heating is the only person I would call on when I need help with Gas appliances and heating in the home. Great Service from Gavin at GDC Plumbing! Managed to squeeze us in and repaired our boiler on the same day which given it was -3 degrees overnight, was very much appreciated! Will not hesitate to use him again in the future.
