The experience was very bad, me and my family had been treated unfairly and unrespectfully. -Renting a car from Enterprise is the worst thing in the UK. -Waste our vacation time. Charge us 3 times higher price to fix a bad tire for Enterprise without providing reasons nor receipt. -Enterprise unrespectfully fooled me and my family, keeping none of its own word. --- We got a flat tire, and that was how everything went wrong. First of all, I drove safely, there was no accident > the flat tire indicates that the car was in a bad condition in the first place. I think it is unfair to ask for us to buy a brand new tire for Enterprise to help maintain their cars. What's more unfair, the price we received from Kwik fit was 99, the Enterprise charged me 325 without providing any reason. (The AA roadside assistance has their own problem, they took two days to fix a flag tire. But that's another long story) We were left car-less for 2 days, we reached out to Enterprise and received very unrespectfully responses. We asked for a replacement car > we received the message that the request had been sent, wait for the call > there was never a call. When we called again a day after, serprisingly there was no record of our request. We explained our situation > we received a message that we shall be free of charge, and there will be compensation for the 2 car-less days, the details shall be discussed when we return the car. On returning the car, the reception said that we will be charged 3xx for the flat tire. I said No, the receptionist said:Ok, he saw our records, our case was under investigation and WON’T charge me until Enterprise - York discussed more details with me via emails. > There was NO email. I got charged for 125 by the next day. Adding the 200 pre-paid there are 325. What's worse, there's no email nor receipt, I wonder if that is legal. > We call Enterprise - York immediately, they said: there is no investigation > We said that we would like to speak to the manager of Enterprise - York. They said OK, they will call back > there was no call Renting a car from Enterprise is the worst thing in the UK. Waste our vacation time. Charge us 3 times higher price to fix a bad tire for Enterprise without providing reasons nor receipt. Enterprise unrespectfully fooled me and my family, keeping none of its own word. —--- I have been trying to be reasonable, but I'm tired of you. Haha tired.

So helpful, thoughtful and fantastic service. No problem to get picked up and dropped off by car at station for the 6 min drive. Most outstanding is that I left my scarf in car after I was dropped off at the station on my return and only noticed a few mins in. My kind driver found it in the car and drove all the way back to the station and dropped it off for me just before my train left! So grateful! Above and beyond.

What a scammer you are! ————————————————————— The following review had been filed via a couple of phone calls since 03-Oct. and Enterprise’s never acted in accordance with their words. We returned this subjected car to Enterprise yesterday 05-Oct at Edinburgh and we were assured that no payment would be charged to us for that flat tire until an investigation would will be completed and updated to us. However, Enterprise straightly stole our money WITHOUT any notice nor receipt provided through charging our credit card. —————————————————————— Formal Statement of Complaint (September 28–30) - We are writing to formally complain regarding the severe inconvenience and financial loss suffered due to a car breakdown and the subsequent poor handling of the situation by both Enterprise and the AA breakdown service. Incident Summary On Sunday, September 28th, our rented vehicle suffered an unexpected flat tire while traveling in the Lake District. Roadside assistance arrived and fitted a temporary spare tire, allowing us to safely reach and park the car at our hotel for the night. Day 1: Monday, September 29th (Failure to Assist) The entire day was consumed by attempts to resolve the issue. Beginning Monday morning, we repeatedly contacted both Enterprise and the AA, the roadside assistance provider. Despite numerous calls to both parties, we received no helpful assistance throughout the day. It was not until 5:15 PM that a technician from ALS (an AA contractor) finally arrived. The technician took the car away but confirmed that due to the late hour, no repair or replacement work could be started until the following day. Day 2: Tuesday, September 30th (Continued Delays and Self-Resolution) We spent another full day attempting to secure help. After two days of failed assistance from the contracted services, we were forced to be completely self-reliant. We had to arrange assistance from the hotel to pick up the vehicle from Kwik Fit ourselves. This entire process necessitated us having to file this formal complaint. Consequences and Loss The total 48-hour period without a functioning vehicle utterly ruined the planned itinerary for our trip. • Cancelled Plans: A number of planned tours and activities were forced to be cancelled. • Trip Delay: The delay significantly impacted our schedule, forcing us to postpone our touring plans for the Isle of Skye. • Accommodation Loss: As a direct result of the delay, we were unable to visit or stay at the hotel we had booked in Bradford, incurring a financial loss and the significant effort of having to arrange substitute accommodation at the last minute. • Overall Impact: This incident resulted in a substantial waste of effort, time, and money. Request for Resolution and Compensation Given the extreme inconvenience, the complete failure of the contracted roadside assistance service for nearly two full days, and the resulting financial and experiential losses, we request that you offer an appropriate form of compensation. What steps will you take to provide a measure of comfort for our significant loss and wasted time? In opposite, Enterprise stole our money at a huge amount of additional 380 pounds on the flat tire but without any receipt or voucher in detail provided. To our real experience - it entails a number of liars and thieves in this company.

Reasonable prices Straightforward pick-up Very good condition cars Picked up the car at York, I was driving away t 5 minutes acter I arrived at th car park. After hours drop-off at Stansted airport, seamless Communication with the company very good and timely Deposit refunded on the first business day, as it happened again the previous time I used enterprise. Very satisfied overall, if the prices were a little cheaper, I would use the company a lot more frequently.

Booked a van for a day, they didn’t have any vans when I arrived. Offered me a 7 seater minibus type car instead with the seats taken out and was assured the load dimensions were the same. They were not the same as an actual van, maybe length is but width is much less due to seatbelt areas and speaker housing etc. in the rear area. Really disappointed there was no communication before hand about this and just offered an inadequate substitute vehicle on arrival. Otherwise pickup, drop off, and staff were fine.
