Broadway Post Office

I visited the Post Office to ask for help returning an internet modem and was polite throughout the interaction. I asked for guidance on how to obtain the required return code, as I was unsure how to navigate the system. The staff member’s response was dismissive and condescending, which made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed for asking a reasonable question. Not all customers are confident with online systems, and no one should be made to feel inadequate for needing assistance. The interaction was upsetting enough that I chose to leave and will be seeking help elsewhere. I hope staff are reminded to treat customers with patience and basic respect.

Abrupt staff. Always ready with acidic responses. Its almost as if the staff have rudeness as a standard. Just uncalled for impoliteness. Seen this behaviour numerous times to different customers. Not a pleasant atmospere at all.

I’m in here all the time sending Evri and Royal. Mail parcels. I find if you are friendly and polite so are all the staff here. It can get busy but they get through queues as quickly as they can and always print posting receipts for you without needing to ask. Good range of pocket money toys I need to steer my child away from too!

Incredibly rude staff. I really struggle with social anxieties and panic attacks; the staff made ignorant and rude comments (which severely triggered me) when, although I had paid with a card in my name, it was under another name. This was something I had no clue of yet remained polite the entire time. They could only give me one of my parcels when I was expecting another and were incredibly horrible throughout the interaction. Stay far away. The staff treat nobody with basic respect, incredibly frightening and disheartening.

Unnecessarily rude staff. Today I was told 'I don't have to do this, you know?' when asking for a normal service that every Post Office provides
