Unfortunately, I found them very unhelpful, don't answer the phone for a start. Refer you to customer services, who then refer you back to them and so on. Tracking said my parcel was in their office, they wouldn't even look for it

Customer service just says "don't know" to any question you have . Pay for kept fay delivery and I end up spending hours on hold watching My parcel getting shipped to different mail centres all over the UK no explanation why and no update on when I'm going to receive it and also refused when u asked for the next day delivery to be refunded. You really are the worst delivery company in existence through and through

Friendly helpful staff, but absolutely useless opening hours makes making use of this location tricky at best. Before Covid lockdowns this place had useful opening hours on most days - but now in the year 2025 you need to be there between 8am and 10am most days. With some days also being open additionally between 4pm and 6pm. Useless if you have a full time job. If you need to drop something off/scanned in for tracking and need a confirmation receipt, allow extra time as they can’t just print them off it’s a handwritten and manually stamped receipt that can take a minute or two per item. Be warned.

I went to this dilapidated building as apparently it is the only Royal Mail collection point in York. I looked at the opening times and naively believed them to be correct as they had been 'confirmed by the business 9 weeks ago'. After setting aside 2 hours of my day to go there, I arrived and was greeted with a dirty sign saying the opening times had changed 10 months ago. Clearly they don't care about their customers so I'm sure they won't mind this one star review either.
