I have been with PFM accountants for now almost 5 years. As a dental practice owner it is so important to have a good accountant. Hayley and Jeff are not just good but they are exceptional. They are prompt, responsive, very meticulous and have always given the best advice. They are honest and extremely professional . I have used PFM for more than ten years. Both as an associate and as principle. They have helped me with buying my first practice, running it and selling a practice, so I have experienced all the different departments within PFM. It made things flow so much easier all being within one company. PFM really knows dentistry both the NHS and private sector which is vital as some bits can be very niche and tricky to navigate. I have built up a very close relationship with Hayley Hudson who has done my accounts for the majority of the time. She knows me and my personal circumstances, that level of care helps when you are going through a difficult time can make such difference. She has been great explaining things at my level to me as dentistry is my field but some of the financial area and pensions can feel overwhelming not to mention giving me the right tools to keep my paperwork straight. I know that colleagues of mine that deal with PFM have had similar experiences, therefore; I always encourage newly qualified dentist to get on touch and start the right way early on.
