Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Copycars Ltd! Bought a VW Passat and honestly, everything was just brilliant from start to finish. Andrew was amazing – really friendly, honest, and just a genuinely nice guy to deal with. No pushy sales stuff, everything well organised and smooth. The car was priced really fairly and honestly way better than I expected. Couldn’t be happier – highly recommend these guys if you’re looking for a stress-free, pleasant car buying experience!
Andrew and Gary were fantastic from start to finish. Completely transparent, professional, and made the whole process hassle-free. The vehicle delivered was at main dealer standards.They answered every question with patience and clarity, which really put me at ease. In a world where used car dealers often get a bad name, these guys set the bar high with their fairness and professionalism. Highly recommend.
Have now bought three cars (latest a Ford C-Max) from Copycars, and each time we have received the same consistent no pressure & professional service. Easily reserved over the phone, and the car was prepared to an excellent level ahead of the test drive. After purchasing the handover was easy as they helped with my cherished number transfer & one very minor issue which arose shortly after purchase was rectified without quibble - a sign of the ethos behind Copycars.
My daughter was looking for a new car and was recommended to copycars in York. Service was fantastic from start to finish, got a great deal for her trade in and bought a car fully serviced with a full MOT. Dealt with both Andrew and Gary who couldn’t have done any more to help. Seem to have a great stick of Cars with low mileage but also great prices. Fully recommend. Can see why people keep going back
In March 2025, we purchased a Merc GLA for my wife from Copycars/York.... Throughout the process, Gary was just amazing.... Honest, knowledgeable and just the best experience/service we've had when purchasing a car.... needless to say, we've had some bad ones.... Even after previously dealing with some of the major car dealership brands like Lexus, Audi etc...i can safely say that they don't compare with the service we had with Gary and Copycars. Icing on the cake; after 5/6 months of owning the car.....its spot on!!!!! In future.... we'll know where to go. Thanks again Gary @ Copycars.
