Absolutely amazing place, the girls are all so friendly. Charlotte put my mind at ease straight away with everything. I’ve had hair extensions before but these are the best match I’ve had

I had a deeply disappointing experience here. I booked an appointment, received a confirmation by email, and travelled to the salon, only to find out it had been cancelled without any notice. I messaged the lash tech to ask what happened, and she didn’t even bother to reply. No explanation, no apology, no respect. When I arrived, another staff member told me that the beauty professionals there are “self-employed” and basically just show up when they feel like it. In other words, there is no reliability, no accountability, and no communication. How can clients trust a place like this? I would never recommend this place to anyone. It’s chaotic, disorganized, and disrespectful. Communication and basic respect are essential in any service business, and unfortunately, this salon failed on every level. I’m posting the screenshot here to prove that it’s not true that my phone was unavailable. Here’s the message I received via WhatsApp on Sunday, one day before the appointment. So how was my number not valid?

Not great had a lash lift which didn’t work very well and had it re booked as a free of charge appointment before my holiday to then get a message saying she hadn’t booked it in properly! I only go into York on set days with my job which I had explained but she hadn’t listened to this as I got a load of messages with other appointment days on. Then got a message to say she’d moved people around and got a space for me but by this point I was annoyed and felt it would be too awkward to go back! Also what was meant to be a 45 minute lash lift took over an hour!

Above and beyond service as per usual! Been coming here over a year now and never left disappointed. Char you are a queen 👑 ❤️

I have used Charlotte for many different services for nearly 10 years and she has never dissapointed! Everything she does is done to the highest standard and Charlotte has always gone above and beyond for me. Couldn’t recommend her enough.
