Misleading Appointment Length – Very Disappointed I booked a physiotherapy session with Ascenti over the phone and was told it would be a 30-minute appointment. However, both times I went, I was only with the physio for about 19/20 minutes. I later found out that they count 5 minutes before I arrived and 5 minutes after I left as part of the appointment time for admin tasks, even though the physio was also writing notes during the session itself. None of this was explained when I booked by phone. Since my complaint, I’ve checked online and noticed that in t&c’s it says appointments are “up to 30 minutes.” I think it’s completely unreasonable that “up to 30 minutes” turns out to mean only about two-thirds of the time face-to-face. I’d expect at least 90% of the appointment to actually involve time with the physiotherapist, not just 19 or 20 minutes. I reached out to Ascenti with my complaint. They’ve apologised for not communicating better but have refused any refund or reduction. I’ve paid the bill to avoid further hassle, but I would not book again and would urge others to ask exactly how long you’ll spend face-to-face before paying for a session, especially since this was not communicated at all when booking by phone.

Having had an ankle injury and struggled on for nearly a year I was introduced to Amir at the Huntington practise. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable throughout the consultation and went through some of the exercises I would benefit from. What a difference these have made and my foot and ankle pain has now completely gone. Im back running with confidence with Amir being there to monitor my progress. Can't thank him enough.

My physio experience has been brilliant. My problem was diagnosed quickly and I was given a simple but very effective set of exercises that have almost relieved me of all my pain within 3 weeks. I would definitely recommend Ascenti physio to anyone.
