I am so glad I found Athletica Health Physiotherapy! There is no way I would have been able to complete my first marathon without Vani, she got me over that finish line. She was behind me every step of the way, from helping me navigate a sprained ankle mid training block, advice about strength and conditioning, and regular sports massages. She put me at ease the moment I walked into clinic and forever grateful. One hundred percent reccomend!

Working in the plastering industry has put a toll on my body, mainly my back. I've had a couple of adjustments from Athletica and each one has made me feel good as new. My most recent trip I had the pleasure of Lucy taking care of me during my adjustment. Great knowledge, lovely to speak to and very informative when questions were asked. 5 star rating and will be using for many years to come.

Booked an appointment with Lucy as I had spinal surgery 5 weeks ago and was given little direction by the hospital physio about building up to be able to get back to cycling. Lucy was really good, got my incredibly stiff back moving and explained how best to start exercising to build up my back and core strength, so I can get riding again! Back for my next appointment next week. Excited to get moving!

Excellent service, friendly, supportive and professional. Kev helped rehab a long-standing shoulder injury and a recently torn meniscus in my knee. He helped me to understand the cause of the injuries and how I could take some control to resolve them and return back to normal activities. Recommended for everyone.

I'm really pleased that friends recommended Athletica to me when pains began in my right hip. I was a little apprehensive about my first visit to a physiotherapist, but Dr Vani Grewal was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Her assessment of the problem was very thorough, and the programme of exercises that she prescribed brought about an improvement surprisingly quickly. Three weeks on, the pains have gone and I am back to normal - and I have an exercise plan that I can use to try to minimise the risk of problems developing in the future.
