Regen Physio York North - Poppleton

I used Regen Physio in York for two football-related injuries, having been referred through my private medical insurer. The physiotherapy sessions with Danny were very engaging; he made them fun and informative, and he was good company throughout. The treatment programme was explained clearly every step of the way. The exercise plans provided were manageable volume-wise, and there was a good range of activities, including weights-based gym work, which made the rehab more interesting. Having been discharged, I have now made a full return to football, which I thought might not be possible prior to starting treatment. I highly recommend Regen Physio and Danny, particularly for sports injuries, and will certainly use them again should the need arise.

I have been extremely impressed with the knowledge and professionalism Charlotte has conveyed through my treatment. Charlotte has great candour and explains what’s going on in a way that doesn’t confuse. I’ve seen lots of physios who just throw a load of exercises at you in a disingenuous manner, thankfully this isn’t the case here, where everything is targeted and explained, Charlotte is a credit to Regen physio and has done wonders for my knackered neck and shoulder !

Victoria was brilliant treating me with acupuncture for my facial nerve paralysis. As well as the actual treatment, Victoria gave me the confidence that I would get better, and her experience and skill really helped my recovery. Thank you!

Saw Danny yesterday in relation to back problem. This is the second time I have had to use him for physio services in the last year and as with my first experience I find him to be very professional, knowledgeable and approachable. Am happy to highly recommend Danny to anyone.

Just had first session with Jack. He’s made more progress on my shoulder in 30 mins than I’ve made in 3 months. Now I’m cautiously optimistic and expect to raise my review score from 4 to 5 star in the next few weeks!
