Really enjoyed my experience. Julie was very friendly and welcoming when I arrived and the waiting area was clean and relaxing. Elliot was great and made me feel very relaxed straight away as this was my first visit to a physio so I did not know exactly what to expect. He was very clear with his advice and knowledgeable, and I came away feeling confident my shoulder pain will improve, and hopefully disappear. I will definitely return if it persists or anything new arises!
Wonderful team, I've never had physio in my life and wasn't sure what difference it would make but honestly wish I had booked at Sano years ago, already seeing significant results after just a couple of weeks, Elliot is incredible and they're so good my partner has now started going. Highly recommend.
Elliot was friendly and polite - really knowledgeable and helpful, with suggestions and practical demonstrations of how to do the exercises. Hopefully I don't need to keep coming back but if I did I feel like I'd be in safe hands.
I saw Sarah today who took a thorough history , reflecting throughout the gathering of this yo ensure accuracy. Sarah was able to offer a range of exercises I had not considered which was very helpful. A very productive visit. Highly recommend
Had my 1st appointment with Elliott . He made me feel at easy , we talked about my problem and he came up with exercises for me to do at home. I am on day 5 and the muscle pain is feeling much better already. I feeling confident for a great result!!!!
