Andrei is highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. I first went to him when I had bad shoulder pain, in our first appointment he massaged the area which brought relief and recommended gentle exercises to help me to recover. The next time he recommended a whole body routine, which I found really helpful. I have since had several appointments and always come away with reduced symptoms. I recommend Andrei very highly.
I went to YO1 Wellness after an injury that’s been causing a lot of pain. Dan was so helpful, knowledgeable, and also kind! Highly recommend and excellent value for money. Would definitely return in the future.
Super knowledgeable and professional - I'd highly recommend Steve who I've used a few times for various issues over the years. His diagnoses, advice and treatment plans are on point, and have always worked well not only to deal with the issue, but to ensure long-term wellness too.

I had a very serious injury with my Achilles tendon, and I felt very well attended since day 1, in a very professional way. Andrei Scheul had done an amazing job, always taking care and providing the best possible advice! Highly recommendable.
