Called in yesterday to pick up 4 keys. Owner was lovely and advised me on their good offer 4 for 3 and kindly and quickly did keys then and there at a good price. Would use again as nice local company and pleasure to deal with. thank you

It was great to meet both Ian who repaired my shoes and John who helped us with some locks. Great guys, friendly and knowledgeable. Ian, you were spot on with the Mink Oil recommendation - it's good stuff - really sorted those boots out, they look like new. I'll be down with my dress shoes next week :)

Excellent service from start to finish. Phoned the shop with an emergency and spoke to Ian who directed me to John. John arrived promptly and carried out the work professionally and without any disturbance to the working area. The work was carried out to a high standard. Highly recommended Manager of a Health spa
