GO Outdoors

I went to Go Outdoors with a friend as she needed some spare parts for her tent, and the service we received was fantastic. We weren’t sure what would be best so Paul(? had blue eyes) from the fishing department helped us out, and he listened to us, gave suggestions, and then was able to collect enough of those spare parts that my friend was covered. He was really helpful and we were really grateful. It was also a really nice store, and I didn’t think the prices were too outrageous, especially for the smaller bits we needed as there were a range of differently priced options. If you need any help or advice when buying a product, I would recommend going there. Thank you Paul!

Went in on Sunday and was amazed by the customer service from Anya. Not only did we find what we were looking for but we ended up buying extra!! I was looking for a new warm coat for walking and she showed me all the options and was very patient. After that I looked in the equestrian range and was very happy with the stock and very glad to see it was expanding. Anya knowledge was great and she was super helpful. I would highly recommend shopping at this shop.

Great store, plenty of parking, disabled access if you need it, and the staff are very knowledgeable about all the products. Collection point if you order online.. All round a great place that’s got just about everything for camping and leisure… not forgetting Dogs, fishing and horses!😂😂👍🏻

went to buy some climbing shoes and the mens selection had triple the womens. atleast half of the mens were also more advanced shoes compared to only having one advanced womens shoe. very disappointing as its not only men who like climbing! outlined in red is the mens section and blue is the womens - shocking when theres a climbing wall pretty much next door, do better!

Wanted to try out a tent that they didn't have up, one of the employees Jason came and set it up for us, gave us good advice on sizing and then helped us pack it away after. Amazing customer service from everyone we spoke to, and particularly from Jason. Thank you
