Full set of tyres fitted February, issue with valve leaking Thursday of last week, AA attempted wheel removal, all wheel nuts had been over tightened, one broke during attempted removal of said wheel. Managed to inflate tyre and drive to your garage, your staff denied responsibility for over tightening wheel nuts. Booked car in for 11am Saturday for you to rectify problem. Car was still waiting for outside 4 hours later when my son passed garage. What should have been a couple of hours work then turned into a 2 day job, car finally fixed Monday afternoon at 5.30pm. During repairs to car your technician broke a further 2 wheel nuts, caused by your initial over tightening of said nuts, causing damage to one of my wheels in the process and then trying to blame corrosion of said nuts for the problem. During the above episode I was nothing but civil during my conversations with you all, but later heard through a family member that in future I would be better to take my vehicle to a jaguar garage instead of your premises. Not very professional seeing you caused the initial problem!!!!

Took my car to this garage after an initial quote from Audi.lads did a great job and saved me a fortune. Top class service from start to finish from all the lads.
