New Look

Called in today (29th July) just after 5pm. On the ground floor I found some footwear that I wanted, but didn’t want to tackle the stairs to look for a matching bag (hip and knee issues). A lovely assistant whose name I unfortunately didn’t get went upstairs for me and came down with the perfect bag to go with my sliders. Thank you for your great customer service.

Don't go if you are physically disabled. You'll be told you can't shop upstairs, as there's no provision to get people like us upstairs.

Think her name was Rebecca or Becky! (you'll know who you are if you are reading this) I only asked her for some advice on an outfit that wasn't going to break the bank but also fit in with my minimalistic wardrobe and she fully went above and beyond! She was non stop running around finding my different tops, pants, shoes and bags and kept checking every single outfit in the changing room! We decided on the most amazing outfit and I honestly couldn't be more thankful! 100% give this woman a pay rise! A* customer service and really deserves recognition! If I could rate higher I would! x

Staff always ready to help when you find them! Then they will go out of their way to accommodate you. I prefer to shop in the Bradford one in kirgate market because the lights are bright not like some others which are really dark.
