Popped into Next in Knaresborough and Caitlin was absolutely brilliant. From the moment we walked in she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely keen to help. She quickly found the sizes we needed, offered great styling advice, and even checked stock out back without us asking. Nothing was too much trouble and she turned what could’ve been a stressful shop into a really easy, enjoyable experience. Thank you, Caitlin—you’re a credit to the store! Highly recommend.

Received an email stating my parcel containing 3 items was ready to collect. Went to collect and was told that it wasn’t there. I said it must be as I had received the notification. They told me to come back 2 hours later. I had travelled half an hour specifically to collect the parcel so did not take well to being told to come back and asked what compensation would be given for the inconvenience. Then the member of staff became rude and very short with me, loudly stating that I would have to wait there for another 30 minutes while she checked again to see if she could find my parcel. At that moment another member of staff came out with my parcel in their hand. Imagine if I had just done as I was told and gone away empty handed when my parcel was sat in the store room all the time and it was just the incompetence of the staff member that meant I was being sent away. Why would Next send an email confirming that all 3 items were ready for collection if that wasn’t the case?!! The staff member needs additional training on how to navigate the store room so that no other customers are sent away unnecessarily, as well as training on how to speak to customers in a professional manner.

Made several purchases this evening before the store closed Two colleagues on their phones, no interest in serving me. I put the items next to the till, ' that till is closed can you move to this till' the Next colleague wouldn't do it. No personality, folded all the garments then put all the shoes on top of the nicely folded clothes in the bag. Transaction finished ' I'll see you later' why would I be seeing someone later that I didn't know Next you need to offer training with your team in Knaresborough. It really was very poor customer service. Happy to provide the colleagues name if contacted

Came back in to replace a present for someone for Christmas because it had white marks on it. The lady that work there who I dealt with “Sarah “ called a lier and wouldn’t believe I had bought he here. And was really funny. Then I proved to her that I had bought here and had to go through all my transactions. Then she said I’ve worn it and it’s got human hair on it. So you can keep the jumper frame it your office and just remember the guy trying to replace a new jumper with marks on with another one for his brother at Christmas. Won’t be going here again because she was rude. I’m not the person that’s had problems here. Well done guys another satisfied customer

Really poor customer service, I was waiting 15 minutes at the click and collect area with no one coming to attend to me. I had to walk around the store to hunt down a member of staff.
