REISS

I have been a frequent buyer at Reiss and always appreciated the quality of their items, but this recent experience has genuinely put me off. I ordered a tie online and selected Reiss Leeds as the collection point. Unfortunately, I was out of town and returned on the pick-up date. I contacted the webchat team to explain, and a staff member kindly agreed to hold my order for another week. However, the very next day I received an email saying my order had been refunded. If I was simply told no, that they cannot hold the order, I would have definitely rushed to the store to get my order. When I followed up, all I got was a blunt “sorry”, no explanation, no attempt to resolve it, and no offer to help. This was a sale item I’d been really looking forward to, and the entire handling of the situation felt careless and dismissive. It’s frustrating. Honestly, this has made me think twice about shopping here again.

Had some great help from Jack who helped me pick out some option. That really helps a 'reluctant' shopper like me. He made some great suggestions and I was really pleased with my purchases. Thank you.

Clothes shopping made easy, visited on a Thursday morning, the shop is always well staffed and easy to navigate, we were looked after really well by Amelia who helped me find a casual Xmas works do outfit. I have bought from Reiss Leeds for the past 15 years and would recommend for people who normally find clothes shopping a chore, much easier here than anywhere else!
