TOG24 York

I found a jacket I liked in the York outlet but unfortunately they did not have my size. The two young men that served me couldn’t have been more helpful. They looked on line and then phoned another branch to reserve one for me. They were very polite, nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely go back. Well done Tog 24! Excellent customer service.

Good in-store experience, Hilary was very helpful in assisting me find the shell top I was after. Good price and extra 20% off today, can't be more pleased. Well worth a visit.

Love tog 24, I visited this store at York outlet. Staff were very polite, the shop was very neat and tidy. I ended up getting a reasonable priced pair of joggers and jumper. Would recommend going if you are in the area.

Hilary was extremely abrupt in store, borderline rude. Struggled operating the cash register and came across very condescending. Don't think I'll visit again if she's working.

Love this place , you can always find a bargain . Nice staff , good change of summer and winter clothes . Tog 24 also have a shop in Whitby that we go to regularly only small , on 2 floors . Shop very clean and well maintained . Ace staff with it being smaller more of a personal service , my husband always manages to buy something
