One Stop

Awful service. 1 team member on tills with queue forming when there are 2 other team members in the store. The attitude of the lady who serves me is never good. She doesn't say please or thank you. Seems more content to eat her Mars Bar whilst serving and then accidentally scanning the Mars Bar Bar code along with my shopping. Disgraceful.

Terrible service and staff attitude. Wanted to send a parcel and they literally couldn’t be bothered coming up with all sorts of excuses why they couldn’t help me. None of the staff were interested in helping. Don’t bother even going in with such appalling customer care

I’m surprised at some of the negative reviews. I’ve lived locally and shopped at One Stop regularly for over 20 years and have always found the staff friendly and helpful. Love having such a convenient and close corner shop!

Using just eat ..... half the items don't get delivered even when the driver says he saw them in shop, when I was able to go in physically as I'm disabled the guy on the till was the most ignorant and unhelpfull ever, I'm clearly struggling with a walking stick etc so does he help in any way? Nope, he scanned the items and put them in front of himself so I had to struggle to reach them, he just stared at me, 4 people in the queue now behind and he just looks at me with this horrible expression at me struggling, felt ashamed of myself, thankfully there's other shops close by so won't have to go in again, wish I'd got his name to complain but just wanted to get out of there,terrible service

Went to use Hermes return service for first time. Served by Dan who was utterly ignorant, rude and lazy. Printed label from machine and we handed the label and the parcel to him not knowing where to stick the label. He just stared at it then at us, then grabbed the label and slapped it on anywhere throwing the parcel across to the pile. Serious attitude problem - just shrugged when confronted. Should be sacked.
